Sauna seating
Thermasheet's shower benches and corner benches have been designed and manufactured to provide a tile ready, sturdy, lightweight site assembly solution for installing seats in showers, steam rooms and saunas.
Traditionally, a built-in shower seat would be constructed on site using bricks or blocks. This requires materials to be brought into the bathroom, individually laid and mortared, shaped to the required dimensions and allowed to set before the next stages of waterproofing and finishing can begin.
A ThermaSheet™ prefabricated shower seat eliminates much of this work. Lightweight and pre-formed, it can be quickly positioned and installed without the time, labour and mess associated with traditional brick construction.
With significantly less weight and fewer materials and trades involved, ThermaSheet™ can help reduce installation time and overall construction costs, while still providing a strong, stable surface ready for waterproofing preparation and tiling or microcement.
